Vatican Calls for ‘Central World Bank’ to Be Set Up

The Vatican called on Monday for the establishment of a “global public authority” and a “central world bank” to rule over financial institutions that have become outdated and often ineffective in dealing fairly with crises. A major document from the Vatican’s Justice and Peace department should be music to the ears of the “Occupy Wall Street” demonstrators and similar movements around the world who have protested against the economic downturn.

People have spotted HUGE military train-convoys within the United States!! Now the question is where is all this equipment going? Are they preparing for World War 3? Or are they getting ready to implement Martial Law and place citizens in Concentration Camps which have been constructed across the nation by FEMA? On April 20, 1976, after a rapid and thorough investigation, I filed suit on behalf of the People of the United States against various personages that had a key part in a conspiratorial program to do away with the United States as we know it. This is a progress report to you, the plaintiffs, the People of the United States. The civil action number is 76-H-667. It is entitled, “Complaint Against the Concentration Camp Program of the Dept. of Defense”. It was filed in the U.S. District Court for the southern district of Texas, Houston division. The judge responsible for the case was Judge Carl Beau.
